The firm’s history dates back to the mid-1930s, when it was established in CT by the well-known trial lawyer Theodore I. Koskoff. Well respected in his field, he spearheaded a national certification effort for advocate specialists in criminal and civil trials. He passed away in 1989, but his legacy of tenacious, integrity-driven counsel continues at the firm to this day.

Maintaining a strong community presence, the law firm contributes to a number of organizations, including the Brain Injury Association of Connecticut and the Bridgeport Rescue Mission. In January 2016, the firm donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross to support its nationwide efforts to assist disaster victims.
